People with reduced mobility
The Cité is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
An elevator serves all levels of the Cité, ensuring easy access to the various activity areas. Accessible toilets for people with reduced mobility are available on site.
Getting to the Cité for People with reduced mobility
The Cité de l’Océan offers four parking spaces reserved for people with reduced mobility.
Guide and assistance dogs
Guide dogs and assistance dogs are welcome at the Cité.
A mobility inclusion card or disability card will be requested. You will also need to present a certificate proving that the dog comes from an assistance dog training school.
Trainers or host families arriving with a guide dog still in training are also granted access to the establishment.
Reduced rates
A €2 discount is applied to the admission fee for people with disabilities (only valid at the ticket office upon presentation of proof).
The accompanying person benefits from free entry if the disability card indicates the need for assistance.
