The ocean, the climate and us

Exposition Confronté à la beauté et à la menace des océans, le visiteur navigue dans un flot d’images, de mises en scène, de dispositifs ludiques et interactifs, et prend conscience du lien étroit qui unit climat et océans. Un lien fragile, bouleversé par les changements climatiques qui modifient de façon irréversible le comportement des océans. Migrations climatiques, montée des eaux, acidification… autant d’impacts qui pèseront sur nos modes de vie.

Face to face with the beauty of the ocean and the threats that endanger it, the visitor navigates around a space awash with images, staged displays, entertaining and interactive devices, and becomes aware of the close link that exists between the climate and the oceans.

It is a fragile link, disrupted by climate changes that irrevocably modify the behaviour of the oceans.
Climate migration, rising water levels, ocean acidification… just some of the impacts that affect our way of life.
This temporary exhibition, proposed in partnership with the Cité des Sciences, takes stock of this close and fragile relationship between the climate, the ocean and us.
